Welcome dinner at Château de Vallery, France

Last summer, on the longest day of the year, I had the absolute joy of capturing Bharati and Antoine’s welcome dinner the day before their main wedding day – a celebration as rich and vibrant as the couple’s backgrounds!

Right from the start, it was evident that these two were an adorable pair. But when I learned that their guests had jetted in from all corners of the globe – including the US and Nepal – my initial feelings were confirmed!

This welcome dinner soirée not only set the stage for Bharati and Antoine’s main event but also guaranteed an unforgettable experience for all their guests.

Cheers to love, laughter, and a wedding weekend for the books!

To kick off the festivities, they rolled out not one, but TWO pre-wedding events! We started things off with a classy wine tasting and charcuterie affair inside the historic wine caves of the Château de Vallery. It was the perfect setting for guests to mingle, clink glasses, and toast to the soon-to-be newlyweds.

Once the wine-induced merriment was underway, we went outside to soak a bit more of that French summer sunlight. It’s also the best photo to snap some casual group photos, capturing the laughter and camaraderie that filled the air.

And the grand finale? A Moroccan-inspired haven by the pool, where a delicious oriental buffet awaited. The Château de Vallery offers a larde diversity of event locations that make you travel instantly. The weather was so fantastic that even the kids took a final dip for the day!
